The Role



We are looking for a highly organised Service & Maintenance Co-ordinator to manage our team of field inspectors and internal service centre technicians. You will play a crucial role in keeping our customers' equipment operational and safe, coordinating activities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities



Manage a team of approximately 10 field inspectors and internal technicians.

Plan and co-ordinate field service visits to climbing and leisure facilities across the UK.

Allocate and manage workload for internal technicians in a mechanical/engineering environment.

Manage loan machines to ensure customers remain operational while their equipment is serviced.

Liaise with customers to schedule convenient service times.

Work closely with internal sales and administration teams to coordinate activities.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail, particularly for safety-critical equipment.

Adapt to and manage an ever-changing workload effectively.

Skills & Qualifications



Excellent organisational and diary management skills.

Strong communication skills for liaising with customers and internal teams.

Experience managing teams and coordinating technical or engineering services.

Ability to prioritise tasks and handle changing workloads efficiently.

Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in safety-critical situations.
