We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Service and Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage repair and maintenance operations for our customers based UK wide.

The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising repair and maintenance activities to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.
Duties
Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all industrial and commercial door systems.
Help to manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Manage projects related to equipment upgrades, repairs, and installations, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Coordinate with other departments to prioritise maintenance tasks based on operational needs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory.
Source parts, tools, and services required for maintenance operations while managing vendor relationships.
Qualifications
Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within a maintenance environment.
Demonstrable project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and planning.
Proficiency in reading technical specifications and diagrams related to electrical and mechanical systems.
