We're looking for 4 Service Assistants to join us at Studland to help our busy Welcome team throughout the summer in our car parks.

Hours/working pattern/hours
: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term position. Wherever possible, we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we're looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We'd give you as much notice of this as possible. The role will include weekends and Bank Holidays, however, there are no evenings or split shifts.

What it's like to work here:Reporting to the Welcome Managers, you'll be part of a team of 15 working across the Studland peninsular at our welcome hubs within our car parks.
What you'll be doing:The core part of your job is to give vital and positive support to your colleagues, wherever you're needed, with a focus on greeting and helping visitors.
No two days will be the same. You can expect to meet many different people and gain experience in different visitor areas. You'll get involved in all kinds of tasks, including greeting visitors on arrival and supporting visitors in the car parks and across Studland.
Most importantly, you'll be talking to visitors, answering their questions and making sure they can find everything they need to enjoy their day.
By bus, bike or car, to help you commute to our stunning location, we offer expenses for the ferry between Poole and Studland, to and from work.
