The Role



Our Service Centre has been one of the key foundations of BCW success, and continues to be an excellent proving ground for many key parts of our ever expanding business. 2025 is going to be transformational for our team, with a drive to increase our repair and service offering through in house device repair, further making TBW a one stop shop for our customer

Key Responsibilities



Logging and prioritising Return Authorisations to be handled by our workshop and field service teams Providing excellent customer service via the telephone and email, by seeking updates from suppliers and repairers, as well as our in house engineers, and keeping the end user informed on how their repair is progressing Implementing the correct billing processes to ensure prompt payment for services rendered Monitoring incoming communications, to ensure enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently Supporting colleagues by providing cover and assistance, as part of a wider administrative team

What we would like from you



Excellent written and verbal communications with a keen attention to detail Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel Previous administrative experience, or the ability to demonstrate strong administrative skills Able to work well under your own initiative Former demonstration of delivering high levels of customer service experience is highly advantageous, either face to face, over the telephone or via email Experience of Oracle Netsuite, reporting and case management would be desirable, but not essential The role does have potential to start looking at the basics of technical repair and fault resolution on our product portfolio for the right candidate, with possible progression into more hands technical roles
