Role Purpose:
As a Support Centre Team Member in the cleaning and maintenance sector, your role is crucial in providing support and assistance to field operations, clients, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating service requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient communication and collaboration between different departments and teams. You will be acting as a central point of coordination for helpdesk enquiries, maintenance scheduling, vehicle fleet administration and subcontractor management.
Key Responsibilities Core Service Centre Duties (for all team members)
Manage tickets on Happy Fox, including daily checks and allocation to relevant teams. o Chase managers for outstanding tickets and ensure progress updates are recorded.
Review and send replies to clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Call or email clients when additional information is required to progress works. o Process internal action requests and internal orders accurately.
Download client reports and send them to the appropriate contacts.
Review all "in-review" works for the team and ensure next actions are completed.
Arrange equipment hire where required to support operational teams.
Create purchase orders and ensure they follow internal coding and approval processes.
Answer incoming calls and log all relevant information onto Happy Fox.
Complete DBS checks on request and maintain accurate records.
Review incoming emails and ensure they are prioritised and actioned appropriately.
Attend weekly review meetings with the Service Centre Manager.
Attend monthly 1:1 meetings with the Service Centre Manager.
Log complaints, track progress, and support the resolution process.
Prepare and contribute to the weekly Friday Feedback report.
