Equip Outdoor Technologies UK Ltd based in Alfreton, Derbyshire specialise in the design and marketing of technical outdoor clothing and equipment. Our experienced and enthusiastic team develop innovative designs, manufactured to the highest standard and brought to market throughout the world. Equip Outdoor Technologies own and operate two leading aspirational outdoor brands Rab and Lowe Alpine.



The Equip Head Office is based just outside The Peak District National Park off jct28 of the M1 corridor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a

Service Centre Supervisor

at our new location at Winnington Business Park, Northwich.

Key responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Responsibility for overseeing the goods in and out process for Warranty, Repair, down wash and B2C transactions. Manage our Rab Down Wash Service, including physically washing and drying Rab shell and down-filled products. This is a hands on role with daily wash KPI's. Positively represent the company by promoting our brands, products and services. Always ensure exceptional service standards. Liaise with customers in person, via phone and email regarding warranty, repair and down wash.

you must have:

Essential

Customer focused with strong commitment to delivering excellent service. High level of attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. Strong dedication to teamwork and collaboration.

Desirable

Passion for the outdoors and experience using outdoor clothing and kit in various conditions. Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills. Previous experience dealing with warranty returns. Experience of using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience of supervising staff members.
