An established and forward-thinking property management company in Croydon is seeking a Service Charge Credit Controller to take ownership of service charge finance processes across a varied portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Review and prepare service charge budgets and expenditure reports
• Manage designated client bank accounts and perform reconciliations
• Assist with accrual accounting, forecasting, and year-end reporting
• Liaise with external accountants to ensure audit compliance
• Conduct internal audits and resolve billing discrepancies
• Support Companies House filings
• Collaborate on finance software implementation
• Streamline financial processes and improve controls

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential block or estate management finance
• Strong knowledge of service charge accounting and ARMA/RICS compliance
• Skilled in accrual accounting and reconciliations
• Capable of handling multiple designated accounts
• Detail-oriented with audit awareness
• Self-driven and deadline-focused
