Job Description

GEMCO are the UK's largest garage equipment service company, providing repair, maintenance, installation and sales solutions to a range of fast fit centres, dealerships, independent garages and commercial fleet operators.

We are seeking a new colleague who will be an integral part of our business development activities. Their role will be to maintain and manage service contracts for our range of customers from a site with a single item of equipment to a multi-national key account, providing excellent customer service and efficient and accurate administration

Role and Responsibilities:



Reviewing, amending and renewing service contracts including purchase order management where applicable System data records administration Preparing new service contracts and / or quotations Promoting additional value-added services provided by the company to build customer contract database Providing support for service contract preparation involving quotations, tenders, correspondence, and communication for both existing and new customers Providing internal key customer account support where applicable Maintaining warranty dates for the sale of new equipment / extended warranties Resolving and closing customer issues as required Cross functional team working to deliver engineering excellence and high customer satisfaction Other ad-hoc tasks necessary to support the business

Key Performance Indicators:



Providing high levels of service and exceeding customer expectations Service contract database valuations Service contract lead generation, renewals and conversation rates

Skills and Qualification



A good working knowledge and / or experience of customer contract database management would be very useful in this role A customer focussed attitude, with a polite and professional manner Strong attention to detail and accuracy An excellent communicator Financial awareness Works well in a team environment IT literate
