The Impact you will have:

Delivering industry leading business performance to exceed regional targets by managing Engineer productivity, work and time management, Effective call handling expectations and service level agreements. Prioritising and scheduling all work activities to meet customer expectations in accordance with the Company's contractual requirements and KPI Maintaining effective communication with both internal and external customers keeping them informed and managing their expectations at all times. Effectively problem solve and take ownership of issues to resolution Company Health and Safety guidelines to be followed at all times, both internally and externally, ensuring our colleagues and customers are safe

What will help you to excel in this role:

Experience of organising and prioritising a demanding workload Ability to engage with customers Demonstrable IT skills, Word, Excel & PowerPoint Experience of organising and prioritizing a demanding workload. Ability to influence and persuade
