We currently require experienced Service Controllers to plan and distribute planned service appointments and reactive breakdowns for over 45 engineers throughout the UK.
Minimum requirements
At least 2 years Service Controller experience required.
Main duties
Answer telephone calls from customers and engineers.
Book in and plan services, breakdowns and major repairs.
Delegate and pass on scheduled jobs.
Update internal KPI and incident management system.
Create and send estimates for repairs to customers.
Contact customers and update them of work required and approval.
Update appointment and service diary.

Knowledge Required:
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within service controller environment and be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge for planning, management, and experience of dealing with engineers.
