Job Description
Currently recruiting for a successful and well established global organisation based in Altrincham a Service Controller to work from the Altrincham depot.
Working in a busy office environment and reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling high volumes of calls
- Raising job cards and allocating engineer\'s work, and other service-related matters.
- Organising work schedules for engineers
- Organising and booking in routine services
- Ordering parts as required for breakdowns/ routine services
- Responding to breakdowns appointing engineers by identifying the most cost-effective solution whilst taking into account the customer\'s SLAs
- Keeping communication lines open with the clients and updating them with ETAs and breakdown statuses
- Appointing third parties where necessary to cover breakdowns & raise order numbers upon completion
- Raising, costing, & invoicing jobs as required (including requesting customer order numbers)

Additional hours paid at an overtime rate
1K commission target dependent - paid quarterly
Option to go on call out rota after 6-month probation - \xc2\xa3225 per week
Additional callout payment of \xc2\xa330 for bank holidays Additional Information
The service office is open from 07:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
The successful candidate must be confident and have aflexible attitude, be highly organised with a good eye for detail. Computer literate, self-motivated with a can-do attitude, proven ability to prioritise workloads based on their urgency and be able to multitask, dealing with a number of different tasks at once.
