We are the OEM for SABROE, Frick Compressors & York products with trained engineers located nationally providing project solutions along with planned, preventative & reactive works to our target markets being meat, poultry, food manufacturing, beverage, cold storage, general manufacturing, leisure, pharmaceutical & automotive.



We are looking for a Service Coordinator with strong organisational skills, to take ownership for coordinating our service support teams, ensuring that our customers maintenance and repairs are met with great customer service and a timely response. This role is office based in Walsall, UK.

How you will do it:



Overall Engineer scheduling



Engineers Utilisation (Time & Attendance)



Engineer Planner Management



Engineer Timesheet Processing



Raising Jobs - Maintenance, Quoted & Reactive



Parts Ordering



Communicating with Customers (Verbally and in Writing)



Obtaining Customer Pos, Accounts Receivable / Payable Management



Maintaining Customer KPIs



Customer Invoicing, Quotations / Estimates (Driven from Engineer Timesheets)



WIP Management



Maintaining Engineer Training Matrix



EHS Management



FGAS Legislation Compliance
