Service Coordinator:
We are looking for a motivated and organised
Service Coordinator,
to join our experienced team. The successful candidate will help support the smooth operation of our workshop and service teams. No two days will be the same, its a fast moving varied environment, where we have to adapt throughout the working day.
About Us:
TMC is a trusted agent for PM, Bonfiglioli, and TMC-BS cranes, as well as Dinamic Oil winches, consistently maintaining a diverse stock of cranes in various sizes. In addition, we serve as distributors for Scanreco Radio Control, Ferrari2, and a wide range of engineering and hydraulic equipment. We take pride in delivering a personalised and efficient service.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Assist our management with booking in vehicles for service.
Contact customers to give updates on jobs in progress.
Help monitor time worked on a job and all the parts used. This makes sure jobs are correctly billed to our customers.
Work with our internal stores and suppliers to arrange and track parts deliveries as needed. You will also regularly check on work in progress and check that all the parts needed are present.
To look after vehicles in our care and ensure the keys are kept organised and securely.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace in line with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Computer literacy is vital, as this role will be predominantly office based.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with people on all levels.
A focused and calm approach when under pressure and the ability to adapt quickly solving problems in a logical way.
A pleasant telephone manner, logging external calls and customers requirements.
Good timekeeping and reliability are a basic expectation.
Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical components (advantageous but not essential).
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
Alternate Saturday 7:00AM - 11:00AM
