About the role:
We're looking for an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our Head Office in Fareham.
The Service Coordinator provides vital administrative and coordination support to both our office and field operations. Working closely with the Service Delivery team, you will help manage the smooth delivery of our planned maintenance, responsive repair contracts, and mechanical & electrical services across a broad customer base, including Local Authority, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, scheduling works, managing PPM/Compliance activities, liaising with suppliers and customers, and ensuring invoices are produced in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and invoice a portfolio of jobs ensuring all works are allocated and booked to agreed timescales.
Ensure each stage of work is appropriately communicated to our customers.
Ensure all job notes, information and surveys are appropriately stored and processed to agreed timescales.
Process quotations for all works and uplift requests.
Action all procurement activities required for works.
Generate purchase orders and contracts as required.
Assist with general office procedures and functions.
Coordinate the assignment and scheduling of subcontractor jobs.
Update internal systems with job progress and completion data.
Provide excellent customer service, ownership and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Support the Service Delivery team in managing the delivery of planned and responsive repairs, and M&E services across the full customer base.
Maintain and follow company procedures and SOPs.
Support with mentoring apprentices and administrative team members.
Be flexible and proactive, assisting your manager, team and customers with a variety of tasks related to the role.

Skills and competencies:
Previous experience in a similar coordination, administration or service delivery role (preferred but not essential).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service and customer relationship skills.
Strong organisational and planning skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Great attention to detail, works accurately and efficiently.
Strong IT skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong drive to complete tasks and support the wider team.
Working Pattern/Location:
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
