We now have a vacancy for a Service Coordinator who will work within the Coordination team undertaking specific aspects of UK operational service support. Reporting to the Head of Field Service, the team are responsible for ensuring that all equipment breakdowns and repairs are scheduled and completed on time, callouts are responded to within agreed timescales and within agreed SLAs. You will work closely with Engineers, Field Service Managers (North & South) and Head of Field Service.

Responsibilities



Ensuring that all service breakdowns and repairs are scheduled through Salesforce (SF), for Radiology/Ultrasound and the necessary documentation is sent out to engineers and completed paperwork returned and processed in line with agreed timescales

Reviewing and processing open work orders to ensure that service calls are dealt with in a timely manner and within our SLAs, chargeable service calls are identified and processed and system downtime is kept to a minimum

Raising Sourcing requests and/or pricing requests on SF for parts required relating to Service

Managing customer calls nationwide and assisting with holiday cover for the team as required

Preparing and issuing customer quotations for call outs and parts on Salesforce

Attend monthly team meetings when required and identify/assist with implementation of process improvements as and when required.

Managing the service mailbox day to day

Management of Service Support dashboard for the UK and follow up on tasks that have not been completed within agreed timescales

Experience/Skills



Administrative skills such as processing paperwork, liaising with Field Service Engineers/Managers, communicating with customers professionally, etc

The ability to understand and navigate Salesforce ERP

High attention to detail

Positive resilient attitude

Can succeed in a team-based environment

Experience in dealing with the nuances of multimodality medical imaging equipment (desirable)
