Service Centre, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our service contracts run smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest standards of professionalism.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate day-to-day administration for external service contracts Manage documentation including delivery notes, forms, and compliance paperwork Operate the workshop help desk - logging calls, routing requests, and tracking progress Create and process orders, requisitions, and delivery notes Liaise with suppliers and third parties, chasing repairs and requesting credit notes when necessary Maintain accurate records using eQuip and CMMS databases Support internal teams with spare part orders and service report checks Take minutes at team meetings and support with KPI monitoring Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times

What You Bring:

Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role Strong IT skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Confidence in managing workload, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
