Overview:
This is a fast paced role, supporting the Service Manager and our team of engineers, scheduling both planned and reactive visits, invoicing, day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the engineering team and much more. Excellent communication is a must have along with a calm, proactive, can-do attitude, seeing tasks through to completion.
Skills and experience required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
IT literacy, particularly MS Office. Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but is not essential.
Very strong organisational skills, including multitasking, attention to detail, time and diary management.
Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role, ideally within an Engineering environment.
The ability to work on their own, as well as with the wider team.
