Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team in GB. This vital role involves coordinating service operations to ensure seamless delivery of our refrigeration and air conditioning solutions. The Service Coordinator will play a key part in supporting our mission to provide top-quality service while fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of service technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance and installation jobs. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records through data entry and update service logs regularly. Collaborate with technical teams to plan service activities aligned with customer needs. Support upselling efforts by identifying additional service opportunities during client interactions. Analyze service data to identify trends and areas for process improvement. Ensure effective communication within the team to facilitate smooth operations. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or coordination roles within the refrigeration or HVAC industry is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping. Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions. Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Prior experience in upselling or sales support is a plus.
