We're on the lookout for a highly organised

Service Coordinator

to join our busy and friendly

Service Department

. You'll be the engine behind our engineers -- planning their days, keeping things moving, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

This is a

12-month contract

, but with our continued business growth, there's plenty of room for long-term career development and progression.

What You'll Be Doing:

Scheduling weekly workloads and routes for engineers in your region. Making sure engineers have a full day of work, even if jobs get cancelled. Ordering and organising stock for upcoming jobs. Coordinating stock collections so engineers have everything they need on hand. Communicating with clients to arrange and confirm booked work. Ensuring all jobs are planned by their Action Due Dates or as requested by clients. Acting as the first point of contact for engineers and clients via phone.
What You'll Need:

Experience planning engineers' workloads - this is a must! CRM experience - CASH software knowledge is a big plus. Ideally, experience in the fire and security industry.
What You're Great At:

Strong communication and top-tier customer service. Thinking on your feet and solving problems fast. Staying organised and prioritising tasks like a pro. Mapping routes with solid UK geographical knowledge and logistics awareness. Admin skills, especially intermediate Excel.
