Location: London


Salary: 23,590 to 25,155 per annum (plus Inner London Weighting, 3,344, if applicable)


Hours: 35 per week


Contract: Fixed Term (until 31st January 2026)

What will a day in the life of a Service Coordinator involve?


Meeting with our service users and assessing their needs, guiding or signposting them to connect with groups or to manage a health condition. You'll enable them to lead independent lives and improve their wellbeing. Liaising with partnership agencies to promote the service and build meaningful links. Producing and maintaining monthly reports.

What do you need to be a

successful

Service Coordinator?


Good communication skills. Sound knowledge of Health and Social Care services. Proven ability to deliver high quality public services. A full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years) and access to a vehicle.
