Reporting to the Service & Installations Manager in a team of 4, the Service Co-ordinator role consists of

To answer the Service Line telephone promptly and pleasantly and to handle all calls/information with discretion and confidentiality. Monitor Service email inbox and deal with any enquiries. To ensure all service calls are logged promptly onto Optim & Verisae.. Arranging for Sub-contractors to attend calls and raising purchase orders. Update engineers assigned calls on a daily basis and report any calls that need further works to department Manager. Update customer websites with engineer ETA and delivery of kit/parts. Using 'Verisae, Expansive, Pronet,Oss,Bellrock, Cloud FM & Nexus' Training will be given.

This is a full time role 8.30am to 5pm and office based.

Some experience in 'Engineer Call Dispatch System' required.

Working in a small business based in Theale Lakes, within the Service and Installations department. Good admin, computer, telephone and multi tasking skills are needed. Training will be given.

Starting Salary 25,500 negotiable depending on experience.

23 days holiday increasing to 25 after 2 years service.

Pension, and Private Health Care provided.

Ideally suited to someone with own Car due to location of office.
