We are working alongside a leading service engineering company to help in their search for scheduler to grow their commercial team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Engineers by effectively coordinating schedules, managing data entry, and providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong organisational skills and proficiency in various software applications to enhance operational efficiency.
Role Description
To provide high quality communications with all customer contacts through email, phone etc
To work collaboratively with other business functions to ensure high customer service is delivered
To deliver efficient scheduling of engineers ensuring contract fulfilment of preventive planned maintenance
To prioritise reactive/remedial work resolving schedule conflicts
To ensure individual performance actively contributes to the achievement of the agreed key performance indicators contract fulfilment, restive response and corrective measures - in line with LPC requirements of company.
Manage work volumes to the required deadlines
Proactively seek out business improvement process
Management of customer portals

Previous experience in a scheduling position
Previous experience of working with reactive engineers
