Willings Service Ltd - a friendly, family-run and well-established business - is looking for a Service Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team. If you're organised, confident with customers, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly in a busy office environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time, office-based position within our service department. You will be the first point of contact for customers and engineers, managing incoming enquiries and coordinating day-to-day service operations.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location: Andover, Hampshire
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Start date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule and coordinate service and maintenance visits
Maintain accurate service records and general administration
Support engineers and office team with daily tasks
Liaise with customers to provide updates and arrange appointments
We are looking for someone who is:
A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Confident multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experienced in office administration or coordination role
Desirable (not essential):
Experience using scheduling/booking systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Access
