We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Service Crew members in a bustling restaurant setting. As a Service Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with their orders and inquiries Assist in food preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders Uphold food safety standards and hygiene practices in the kitchen and dining areas Utilise basic maths skills for order processing and transactions Support the kitchen team with various tasks as needed Demonstrate effective time management to ensure smooth service flow Utilise upselling techniques to enhance customer experience

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous Knowledge of culinary practices and kitchen operations is beneficial Familiarity with food safety regulations is desirable Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
