If you're someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and thrives in a busy office environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing

As a Service Delivery Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will span two main areas:

Service Delivery

Be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding service every time. Manage the end-to-end waste collection process, from customer order to confirming job completion. Coordinate waste collections with suppliers and ensure all details are captured correctly.

Administration

Process daily customer orders received via phone or email. Gather and input collection data into our systems, including maintaining our CRM system, to raise and approve invoices. Assist with scanning, filing, and checking paperwork to keep our records accurate and compliant. Support the wider team with administrative tasks that keep our service delivery efficient and professional.

What we're looking for

A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A team player who enjoys problem-solving and multitasking. Strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and data systems. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is desirable - but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
