Service Delivery Architect | Consultancy | 600-700 (IIR35) | Remote (Occasional client visits) | 6-12 months
Our client is looking or a Service Delivery Architect to join the team on an exciting project.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful design and delivery of IT services and solutions for our client. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive the seamless implementation of new services. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the delivery strategy, optimising service performance, and ensuring outcomes align with the client's business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver service architecture solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and operational teams to create and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient service architectures.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide leadership and guidance on the adoption of best practices and frameworks for service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies throughout service design and delivery.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Architect or in a similar senior service delivery role.
• Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-based technologies and infrastructure.

Candidates will be required to go through background checks before commencing contract.
Must be eligible to live and work in the specified work location . Some occasional travel maybe required. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
