The role
To proactively support Pine Walk (PW) COO and MGA Cell CEO's in the successful delivery of their agreed business plans; including being core to the first line management for all MGA Cell teams, help deliver effective operational services to the MGA Cells under management via the PW team; plus supporting the oversight of TFP delivered services to MGA teams, support the management of PW Team with focus on the Service Delivery Managers and processes for the management of the Appointed Representative regime requirements, have oversight of the on-boarding of new PW MGA Cells and support the UK Branch manager of Pine Walk Europe (PWE) in the discharge of their duties.

Key accountabilities
Stakeholder Engagement
+ Ensure a deep awareness of all stakeholders across PW and the TFP Group as well as third party partners to ensure that the company is operating in a balanced and appropriate way to the benefit of all stakeholders, including:
- Investors
- TFP Executive Committee (ExCo)
- TFP Management Committee (ManCom)
- Pine Walk MGA Cells
- Fidelis Insurance Group (FIG)
- TFP Syndicate 3123/Lloyd's/Asta
- Third party capacity providers
Service Delivery by PW team to MGA Cells under management
+ Help with providing support to MGA Cell operations in the delivery of their business plans
+ Provide effective leadership for all team members across the PW Group including PW team and all MGA Cells
+ Liaison support between TFP teams and MGA Cell teams
+ Assist with resolving BAMA and BOSA queries
+ Delegated Authority Management support
- Help in ensure all non-financial requirements of Binding Authority and other contractual agreements are met; including preparation for Coverholder audits
- Help with supporting PW, TFP and FIG teams in the effective oversight of all Delegated Authority Agreements across MGA Cells and PWE divisions
- Ensure the timely delivery of all Binding Authority deliverables
- Support the Appointed Representative oversight procedures in operation at PW and across the MGA Cells/AR entities
+ Claims Oversight support
- Help define and deliver strategy in relation to claims management, where applicable
- Help support for MGA cells with any claims related matters
- Liaison assistance between MGA cells and TFP Claims team
Operations at PWCL & PWE
+ Help drive regular/periodic and, if needed, ad-hoc enhancements to Operational Policies and Procedures across the MGA Cell Group (Covering: definition, approvals, implementation, monitoring, reviewing and enhancements)
+ Assist in the management and oversight of all outsourced functions
+ Assist in the drafting, agreement and implementation of operational business plans that dovetail effectively across all operational teams and broader corporate goals
+ Act as a central resource of advice on insurance related matters across the PW Group
Corporate Governance
+ Support the effective delivery of Board Governance for the MGA Cell Boards
+ Assist in the oversight of the timely provision of board reporting across the MGA Cells
