INTERNAL JOB. This vacancy is only available to Torfaen County Borough Council (TCBC) employees and agency workers currently engaged with TCBC.
THIS IS A CAREER PROGRESSION GRADE
A vacancy has arisen within the SRS for a Service Delivery Engineer.
The successful candidate will need to have previous customer service experience in order to successfully assist in the operation of the SRS ICT Service desk in line with the requirements of the Shared Resource Service. You will need to prove a track record of excellent customer care service and an interest in ICT Technology.
You will work across the SRS Local Authority organisation within a call centre environment as first point of contact for all ICT requests.
