What You'll Do
Lead with Impact
: Support and deputise for the Operations Manager, driving excellence across multiple sites.
Empower Teams
: Coach Unit Managers, lead mobilisations, and ensure smooth, on-brand site launches.
Deliver the Experience
: Champion brand standards, marketing activations, and customer touchpoints.
Engage Clients
: Build strong relationships, support onboarding, and elevate service culture.
Ensure Compliance
: Oversee food safety, health & safety, and operational standards.
Drive Improvement
: Use data and feedback to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
What You'll Bring
2+ years in hospitality, catering, or independent living (multi-site experience a plus)
Strong leadership, service delivery, and operational know-how
Confidence working across HR, Sales, and senior teams
A flair for branding, marketing, and storytelling through service
A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
