The Role
We are seeking a
forward-thinking, enthusiastic Service Delivery Manager
to join our growing team. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will lead the design, implementation, and management of an ITIL-based service framework, ensuring robust service delivery and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement an ITIL-aligned service model across the organization and with external partners.
Translate service definitions and SLAs into measurable, reportable frameworks.
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Level Management.
Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and customers, fostering strong relationships.
Deliver monthly service performance reports to customers, demonstrating SLA compliance.
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
Deploy internal scheduling and help-desk systems to streamline operations and customer engagement.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain service continuity.
Ensure adherence to Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
Contribute positively to the company's success through proactive engagement.
Perform other duties appropriate to the role as required.
About You
Strong understanding of ITIL principles and experience implementing ITIL frameworks in non-ITIL environments.
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and professional, with excellent relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new IT systems and processes.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to challenge processes and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and responsive to change.
Willingness to travel within the UK as needed (company transport provided).
