Now, we're looking for a confident and capable Service Delivery Manager to help us bring that experience to life across every client site.
This is a cross-functional, high-impact role, perfect for someone who thrives in hospitality or contract catering, loves supporting people, and is ready to take ownership of both delivery and development across multiple sites.
What You'll Be Doing
Operational Excellence & Leadership
Deputise for the Operations Manager, stepping confidently into business-wide responsibilities when needed.
Support and deliver strategic plans, working closely with the Operations Manager to bring new ideas to life.
Develop and roll out Product and Service Action Plans, leading teams and delegating with clarity.
Conduct frequent site visits to maintain consistency and high standards -- delivering clear feedback, guidance, and support to Unit Managers.
Prepare and implement mobilisation plans for new site openings, ensuring smooth, on-brand launches.
Fully support the delivery of financial targets, ensuring all units are operating effectively and cost-efficiently.
Induct, train, and support Unit Managers, making sure they meet company and legal standards and feel empowered to lead.
Marketing & Brand Integration
Lead and coordinate on-site brand experience -- including signage, visuals, staff presentation, and customer touchpoints.
Ensure that marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions are practically delivered and reflect our brand promise.
Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with Operations and Sales -- including internal campaigns, events, and activations.
Client Engagement & Culture Building
Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing the brand with professionalism and passion.
Support new client onboarding with tailored communications, materials, and service planning.
Help shape and deliver internal comms that inform, engage, and connect teams across locations.
Be professional, flexible, and responsive to the needs of the business, jumping into sites where extra support is needed.
Compliance, Standards & Oversight
Ensure all units are fully
compliant with Food Safety, Health & Safety, COSHH
, and
PCI DSS
standards.
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and policy reviews to uphold standards across every site.
Oversee and ensure accurate bookwork is completed, reviewed, and submitted within required timelines.
Support the Operations Manager with reporting, documentation, and business processes that drive operational success.
Insight & Improvement
Monitor and evaluate service delivery KPIs, client feedback, and internal data to drive improvements.
Work proactively with the team to find smart, scalable solutions that enhance the customer and client experience.
What You'll Bring
2+ years' experience
in hospitality, catering, or independent living operations (multi-site experience preferred)
A strong foundation in
service delivery, people management, and operational standards
Confidence working cross-functionally with
HR, Sales, and senior leadership
Exposure to or interest in
branding, marketing, or storytelling through service
Excellent organisational, communication, and delegation skills
The ability to
lead with energy
