In this strategically significant position, you will provide governance and control for Leonardo UK's Print and Document Management Services, ensuring compliance with BS10008 'Evidential Weight and Legal Admissibility of Information Stored Electronically'. Acting as the primary interface between Leonardo UK and our key service suppliers, you will lead the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and efficient document management solutions that meet the needs of our business today--and enable our digital evolution for the future.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK with occasional travel to sites and hybrid working.
What you will do

• Lead the delivery of Print and Document Management Solutions across Leonardo UK, aligned with Leonardo Spa Global Solutions.
• Provide strategic leadership and ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Oversee contracts and supplier performance, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, certification, and industry standards, including BS10008 Evidential Weight and Legal Admissibility of Information Stored Electronically.
• Partner with UK site leaders to align services with business needs and share best practice across all divisions.
• Manage the transition from hard copy to digital documentation, ensuring effective archiving and data management processes.
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and best value through strong governance, supplier collaboration, and service optimisation.
• Lead Leonardo UK's transition from hard copy to digital documentation, ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant processes.
• Oversee the delivery and governance of digital and physical document storage solutions across the business.
• Manage the Print and Document Management Supplier, driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure full adherence to BS10008 standards for the evidential weight and legal admissibility of electronic information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to define requirements, streamline processes, and enhance data quality.
• Drive business strategy and governance, defining best practices and policies for document and data management.
• Lead project teams to deliver change initiatives on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Manage budgets and supplier contracts, ensuring best value, cost efficiency, and strong operational performance.

What you will bring

• Educated to HND level or equivalent, ideally with further professional or technical qualifications.
• Experience managing print, scanning, and data/document management services within a large organisation.
• Proven ability to manage supplier contracts, service delivery performance, and vendor relationships.
• Strong background in project management, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives and teams concurrently.
• Demonstrated knowledge of BS10008 and best practice in electronic information governance and compliance.
• Proficient in SAP DMS, document management systems, and general IT/computer applications.
