As Nimbuscare enters an exciting new chapter in its journey, we are seeking an exceptional Service Manager to help shape the future of high-quality, patient-centred care across York and North Yorkshire.

About the Role

As Service Manager, youll take operational leadership for services within your directorate , ensuring they run efficiently, perform to a high standard, and continue to meet the evolving needs of our patients and communities.

You'll lead the delivery of key service improvements, manage performance, and oversee the successful mobilisation of new projects and programmes. Crucially, youll also provide inspiring day-to-day leadership, fostering a supportive, inclusive and high-performing culture within your team.
