Role: Service Delivery Operative

Location: Upper Heyford, OX29

Contract type: 12 Month FTC, Full Time

Hours: 08:00am - 5:00PM (Monday - Friday)

Salary:

28,932.80 Per Annum

This position involves handling and indexing customer records with a focus on data security. The role is integral to ensuring the secure handling and destruction of documents in accordance with documented procedures. The role will also involve some driving to customer sites for collections and deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Track, check, and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records. Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures. Utilize the O'Neil Records Management system to manage records efficiently. Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations. Retrieve and prepare customer records for dispatch or destruction, ensuring accurate recording of all movements. Driving one of out company vans to customer sites for collections and deliveries

About You:

High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective team player with basic IT skills and interpersonal abilities. Flexible and adaptable attitude. A full manual driving licence with up to 3 points Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus. FLT experience with be beneficial but is not a necessity No Issues with physicality- you will be lifting items up to 25kg on a daily basis No issues with heights
