Salary:

27,000 - 30,000 subject to experience

We have an exciting role for someone to join our Service Delivery team, based out of our head office in Nottingham City Centre, you'll be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the delivery of our services, by supporting the operations team with the development and management of rotas, creating a seamless approach to rota management to support service delivery through effective scheduling, contributing to high-quality care and operational efficiency.




What you'll be responsible for:




Coordinating and overseeing scheduling, by ensuring package rotas are created in-line with commissioned hours.
Utilising our first in class scheduling system to ensure rotas are created in-line with client requirements/ employee shift patterns and communicated out in advance. Ensuring employee absences are covered in-line with business needs and reflected in the scheduling system and rotas. Coordinating scheduling of training, ensuring employees are scheduled in-line with training requirements and trainer availability Creating detailed reports to provide key updates on completion of package schedules, providing statistical insight into overall completion rate of package rotas for all services within the group Ensure records are kept up to date within our scheduling platform, in-line with compliance requirements & data processes Collaboration with operations and wider teams to ensure seamless management of package rotas and agreed care requirements





Essential criteria:




Excellent analytical skills and experience in data analysis, with the ability to present data clearly for various stakeholders Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Confidence-using systems Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build & maintain effective working relationships Ability to work to tight deadlines Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills
