Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Role Overview:

Our client, a rapidly expanding company based in beautiful Bangor, is in search of a dynamic Service Delivery team leader to join their team. This role is tailor-made for an ambitious individual who can lead, inspire, and ensure operational excellence. As a Service Delivery team leader, you will be at the forefront of our business, overseeing daily operations, training, and championing health & safety practices. Collaboration with our warehouse team and maintaining the highest quality standards will be key elements of your role.

Exceptional Organization: Your knack for keeping things in order is unmatched.

Thrives Under Pressure: Juggling multiple tasks and thriving in a fast-paced environment is second nature to you.

Communication Expert: Your ability to convey information clearly, both verbally and in writing, sets you apart.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.

Leadership Skills: You have experience in team management and can lead by example.

Decision-maker: Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities are your forte.

HR Experience: Previous experience in team management and HR is a plus.

Training Guru: You have a proven track record in designing and delivering training programs.

Safety Champion: Familiarity with Health & Safety protocols, including risk assessments and safe working practices, is highly regarded.

Additional Training: While not mandatory, preference is given to candidates with IOSH or COSHH training and a reach truck forklift license. Don\'t worry if you don\'t have these; we\'re willing to invest in your development.
