Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer service? We're looking for a

Servicing & Deployment Team Manager

to lead our administration team in delivering outstanding support for planned and reactive domestic maintenance services.

This is a key role where you'll optimise engineering resources, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance through data insights--all while coaching and developing a high-performing team.

This is a full time role, working from our Burnet Rd office in Norwich, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication for servicing and repairs Lead and coach the administration team to deliver high-quality service and meet KPIs Develop a professional and positive workplace culture by role modelling the highest standards of personal integrity Analyse performance data and produce insightful reports to support continuous improvement

What we are looking for:

Proven experience managing administration teams in an operational setting Strong coaching and leadership skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and data systems Highly organised with strong attention to detail Educated to GCSE level or equivalent experience required
