Purpose



The role will design, mobilise and lead the Youth Innovation project trial which aims to support young people in to employment. As part of a small, agile team with the Innovation Lead and Operations Excellence Manager, you will build on the design from a care leaver focused programme funded by the Shaw Trust Foundation and be responsible for the contract and line management of the employment team. This role is funded for an initial 12 months, with a potential 12-month extension based on the trial's success.
