Job Description
VANRATH is excited to partner with a valued, longstanding client in their search for a Service Desk Analyst. This role will entail providing desktop support within a dynamic and fast-paced Service Desk environment.
Salary: Ranging up to \xc2\xa330k
Responsibilities of the role
- Managing Active Directory administration.
- Logging and prioritizing IT incidents and requests using ServiceNow.
- Ensuring end-to-end resolution of incidents and requests, from initial reporting to successful remediation.
- Collaborating with Infrastructure, Business Systems, and Development teams to achieve successful IT incident resolution.
- Participating in various IT maintenance tasks and taking ownership when necessary.
- Handling general IT administration tasks, including purchasing of IT equipment.
- Assisting the Desktop and Infrastructure teams with IT project rollouts as needed.
- Being flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as required to support the team.
- Prior experience working in a structured Service Desk environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing support for Windows 10 and associated technologies.
- Competence in Office 365 and Azure AD Administration.
- Some experience in problem analysis and incident resolution.
- Basic knowledge of networking technologies.
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to personal transportation.
