Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's top children's charities as part of a fast paced, innovative, and friendly Service Desk. You will form part of a highly skilled IT team who will help you develop your skills via a wide variety of work and technology exposure.

Salary



The salary for this position is 33,500 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.

In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.
Key Responsibilities


Act as a single point of contact for IT issues and queries via telephone, email, self service portal and onsite issues. Resolve IT issues as first point of contact and escalate where needed. Manage tickets within SLAs, ensuring the highest levels of service quality. Provide technical support to end users both on site and remotely. Log all tickets via our service desk ticketing software. Prioritise incidents and requests based on urgency and business impact. Support meeting rooms with video conference equipment and Microsoft Teams. Build and support end user equipment, including Windows, Mac and iOS devices. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Previous experience working in an IT support role in a commercial environment. Experience with Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Office 365, Jamf, Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender and Jira. Ability to prioritise tickets and manage time effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to support users at all levels of seniority. Exceptional relationship building skills.
