What you'll be doing:
Be the go-to person for 1st and 2nd line IT support for our 475+ team members, tackling everything from hardware and software issues to network connectivity.
Manage incidents and service requests efficiently using ServiceNow, ensuring everyone gets the timely help they need.
Play a key role in setting up new users with desktops and laptops, and keeping our IT assets in check.
Support and troubleshoot our Windows 10/11 systems, Office 365 applications, and a range of mobile devices.
Get involved in exciting IT projects, both big and small, that have a real impact on our business and our customers.
Share your knowledge and help train your colleagues, all while working in a supportive environment where your growth is a priority.
What you'll bring:
A solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Great problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and kindly.
Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile.
Experience in a 1st/2nd line support role would be fantastic, and any knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, or MS Intune would be a bonus!
