Committed to building on our excellent reputation for both technical support and customer care, as a Service Desk Technician, you will be required to provide support to academic and administrative staff, and students within the University. You will work as part of a dynamic, high performing team to provide a first point of contact for a variety of IT services, including software and hardware giving advice to users to resolve incidents and requests. As a motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will have a good general and technical education and the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Experience of a broad range of IT systems in addition to excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills are also essential.
