Service Driver

at our

Birmingham

Key responsibilities:

Build rapport and understand customers' needs Ensure customer care is always paramount Portray a professional image Report customer complaints to your manager immediately Ensure the standard of the vehicle meets customer expectations Undertake valeting duties from time to time Undertake any other duties required by the role

Key success criteria:

Deliver vehicles within the timescale allocated to each job Excellent customer handling skills Maintain a smart appearance at all times

Hours:

Monday>Friday 8:00>17:00, 30 minutes lunch, 42.50hours per week
