Roles & Responsibilities
Safely operate our delivery vehicle to transport goods to various locations, including multi-drop deliveries.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers with a smile and ensuring their needs are met.
Load and unload products efficiently, ensuring that all items are handled carefully.
Follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain accurate records of deliveries.
Inspect and maintain the vehicle regularly to ensure it is in good working condition.
Assist in managing inventory levels and report any shortages or damages promptly
Nights out required - hotel accommodation provided. No weekend work required, with overtime opportunities available.
A degree of flexibility is needed to meet delivery schedules and operational requirements.
The Ideal candidate will
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with GPS devices and navigating maps.
Basic mechanical skills to perform minor vehicle checks.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
Class C driving license
ADR Solids advantageous
