Service Driver

What Youll Be Doing:

Customer Vehicle Collection & Delivery:

Youll collect and return customer vehicles for servicing, representing the Lexus brand with professionalism and care every step of the way.

Customer Handover Specialist:

After service work is completed, youll provide a clear, friendly handoverexplaining the work carried out and ensuring customers leave fully informed and completely satisfied.

Progress Chasing & Communication:

Act as the link between customers and our workshop teams. Youll keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle and ensure timely, transparent communication throughout their journey.

Supporting the Lexus Experience:

What Were Looking For:

A full UK driving licence with a clean driving record. A customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A professional appearance and approach, aligned with Lexus brand standards. Confidence, reliability, and the ability to work well independently and within a team. Experience in a customer-facing or automotive role is beneficial, though not essential.
