Key Responsibilities
Deliver, install, mobility scooters and related equipment on cruise ships and at holiday locations
Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on mobility equipment
Assemble and prepare new equipment to a high standard
Provide clear, friendly aftercare guidance to customers
Complete paperwork and job records accurately
Represent the company professionally at all times
Skills & Experience
Mechanical or electrical engineering experience (mobility, automotive, plant, cycles, or similar preferred)
Confident using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
Experience in delivery and installation roles is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience working with mobility scooters, powerchairs, or healthcare equipment
PAT testing or relevant technical qualifications
Knowledge of health & safety procedures
