This family run Dental Equipment provider has gone from strength to strength since inception, and has extended it\'s client offering to include Equipment, Engineering and Digital Solutions. They also specialise in providing a turnkey service for dentists wishing to design, build and fit out a new detail practice for clients throughout the UK. The company is an industry leader in their field and have won numerous awards for their services. As a result of their continued expansion plans, they are looking to recruit for Dental Diagnostic Engineers based around the Midlands, London and the South East.

Salary: \xc2\xa328,000 to \xc2\xa332,000 - full training and fantastic long-term career development offered

Benefits: Company Van, Performance Related Pay (after a qualifying period), 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension

Mainly working alongside the Engineering Team and following a detailed and comprehensive training program, you will be able to learn and develop skills across a range of disciplines. This a varied role where no two days will be the same, however an example of some duties are:

• Provide a consistently excellent level of customer service.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures to ensure surgery downtime is kept to a minimum.
• Issuing advice and support to Dental professionals to elongate the lifespan of equipment as well as when to replace it.
• Support the office team with technical advice.
• Provide telephonic technical support to customers.
• Assist in the production of quotations and invoices through accurate record keeping.
• Maintain and replenish the stock in the vehicle to effect repairs.

Who will suit this role?

The ideal candidate will already have studied within a technical based subject and may already hold a qualification within construction, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering and will possess the following attributes;

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience repairing and installing a wide range of equipment and excellent diagnostic capabilities are a must.
• Hold a valid and current drivers license.
• You must possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.
• Strong technical thought process to allow for engineering solutions.
• Polite, thoughtful, and friendly personality to be easily approachable by all persons.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines through multi-tasking.
• Confident to drive within the geographical area.
