WLS Ltd is an NSI Gold registered Fire & Security installation and maintenance company based in Crystal Palace.

We are looking to expand our Service Department due to company growth, as such we are seeking a highly motivated Service Engineer to join the team.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Carry out priority callouts and preventative maintenance visits on Security systems throughout the greater London and the South East Maintain open communication with Service Controllers regarding progress on jobs Provide accurate and detailed reports for both clients and office Attend product-training courses in order to expand knowledge base. Provide up-to-date technical assistance and support to clients Identify any opportunity to improve efficiency and effectiveness or process improvement Complete personal administration in a timely and accurate manner Maintain all stock levels, equipment, tools and company property

Essential requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant discipline related experience Field-based role, offering considerable independence, requiring strong self-discipline Flexible approach to work, travel and at times unsociable work hours will be required Good interpersonal skills, you will liaise with clients and staff at all levels Must have a strong command of the English language Must be reliable, punctual, diligent and a team player Relevant technical certificates Full, valid UK Driving License Eligible to work in the UK

Desirable requirements

ECS, PASMA/IPAF certificates, preferred, but not required
