What You'll Be Doing
Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM
)
, servicing, and repair of humidification/dehumidification systems
Diagnose faults and ensure efficient resolution with minimal downtime for clients
Support with the installation and commissioning of new systems where required
Deliver technical support and advice to clients on-site
Maintain service documentation and reports to company standards
Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards at all times

? What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Service Engineer within HVAC, humidification, dehumidification, or closely related systems
Strong technical knowledge of humidification/dehumidification equipment, controls, and applications
F-Gas certification (advantageous but not essential)
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively
Flexibility to travel across London and the South East to client sites
