We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer/ Mechanic to join our team. The Service Engineer will work closely with clients to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment on-site and remotely. Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs and maintenance performed. Provide training and support to clients on the proper use of equipment. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service quality.

Experience

Proven experience as a Service Engineer/ mechanic or in a similar technical role. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a steady environment. Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations is advantageous.
